Warehouse Racking Systems

Warehouse racking systems

Getting to know the different types of warehouse racking systems can help you select the right type of storage system for your particular needs. At Commander Warehouse, we understand how important it is to be able to store products in your warehouse in an organized manner. That is why we offer a range of warehouse racking systems for creating better workflow and efficiency.

Types of Warehouse Racking Systems

Some of the different types of warehouse racking systems that can be used to organize any warehouse space include:

Bar Stock Racking

Bar stock racking systems are ideal for storing hand loaded bars, pipes, or narrow trims. While this type of warehouse racking system is best suited for light and medium duty applications, all bar stock racking systems offer a weight capacity of 600 lbs per arm. Bar stock racking systems are available with a selection of different arm lengths, making it easy to find the perfect bar stock racking system for your particular warehouse.

Cantilever Racking

Constructed from high tensile structural steel components for extra strength and protection against damage, cantilever racking systems are perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. This type of warehouse racking system can easily store a wide range of different products, including long and irregular shaped products, while still providing unrestricted access for fork lifts.

Drive In & Drive Thru Pallet Racking

Both drive in and drive thru pallet racking systems are designed to allow for the fast and easy transportation of palleted products from one area to the next. Designed to allow for each bay to be dedicated to the storage of one type of unit, all drive in and drive thru pallet racking systems can help you optimize the storage of your products. These types of warehouse racking systems are specifically designed to allow for the easy maneuvering of forklifts.

Push Back Pallet Racking

Designed to combine high-density storage with the versatility of drive in racking systems, push back pallet racking allows for multiple pallets to be stored on a gravity-fed system in which pallets are retrieved from the face of the rack. All push back racking systems also allow for the storage of two to six pallets deep and are only restricted by the reach of the lift truck.

Reel Racking

Made from an all steel construction, reel racking systems offer the strength and durability to withstand even the toughest warehouse environments. This type of warehouse racking system is specifically designed for storing spools and can easily accommodate spool axles or pipes that are up to 2″ in diameter.

Selective Pallet Racking

Selective pallet racking, constructed from an upright frame and load beams, is ideal for a wide range of storage applications because it offers easy assembly, expansion, and relocation. Perfect for storing full pallets or for hand-stocking heavy products on wire decking, selective pallet racking is available in a range of different sizes, making it easy to find the right fit for your warehouse space.
